Objectives
The project has specialized 15 students (in food safety, product certification, supply chain traceability, marketing of typical products).
The realization of the Master’s program has helped create professional figures with some of the most advanced knowledge in agrifood processing and specific practical-application skills that will continue to disseminate Italian culture in countries of emigration.
The project represents an opportunity for professional insertion for Italians residing in Brazil, in a fundamental sector such as Agrifood production. The AGROQUALITY initiative not only specializes Italian students, but also aims to ensure adequate follow-up for professional insertion within the local business fabric. In this way, the relevance of the Italian community is promoted and Italian technical-operational and entrepreneurial models are disseminated in Brazil.
