Goals
To carry out 6 (six) training interventions lasting 100 hours each. These are professional refresher courses in agriculture aimed at young farmers who are setting up in business for the first time and who have not turned 40 years old, agricultural and forestry operators, operators of agribusinesses (18-65 years old).
The proposed educational activities are aimed at fostering the acquisition of new and updated skills, specifically to the primary sector by integrating relevant issues of the Salerno Territorial Development System regarding agriculture and animal husbandry.

Outgoing professional figure
The intent is to train agricultural workers in areas of development that are strongly interrelated and on which the development of the Salerno area depends.
In fact, the course has the dual purpose of:
– qualify and specify the professional skills of young agricultural workers and more generally of primary sector workers,
– and at the same time also train older workers (up to 65 years of age)
