PROGETTO GARANZIA GIOVANI

Project

Youth Guarantee is the European plan to combat youth unemployment. With this goal, funding has been provided for member countries with unemployment rates above 25 percent, which will be invested in active guidance, education and training, and job placement policies to support young people who are not engaged in an activity job, or in study or training (NEET – Not in Education, Employment or Training). Through the Youth Guarantee program, two important results have been achieved: a network of public and private employment service providers has been established, involving young people who have been offered a set of services and measures within a pathway to activate the intervention, with the aim of giving them back the tools for labor market integration and viable career building. In addition, a great result for companies, economic operators, professionals from public and private, social institutions was achieved through the opportunities in terms of employment and growth of human and social capital.
