The aim is not only to invest in VET training to retrain the training paths in which migrants are involved, but mainly to innovate and adapt career counseling so that, through career guidance, new opportunities can be generated precisely for them. The goal is to counter the phenomena of unemployment and under-skilled work. The new tools developed will enable immigrants to “find themselves” in the labor market, framing their skills and not running into the phenomena of exclusion.
